We are ONLY able to hold the date and time if a deposit has been made.

We only use professional balloon brands for all our installations. Because we are not able to guarantee the quality of the balloons you are trying to provide to us we will NOT be able to assist you.

Yes, delivery is a separate service that allows us to pay for the time and expenses relates specifically to the delivery of your rentals or balloon decorations.
Most of our installations can be completed within 1 to 3 hours, however in almost all cases, we will start your event installation at least two hours prior your event start time.
All rentals include setup and dismount.
All rental periods are for up to 24 hours, from delivery to pick up.
For safety reasons we will not set up outdoors if there is rain/wind in the forecast.
Deposits are non refundable for weather related cancellations. You may, however, use your deposit as credit for a future date. You may use your credit within the next 365 days from the date you ordered.
